Coaching is the next step after training and consists of supporting individuals and companies who have already been trained.
How coaching works?
BCAC coaching covers two aspects: Assessment of specific needs of the companies assignment of a coach to provide support and advice to meet the specifics needs of the company. However, the company is responsible for the implementation of the program.
BCAC’s human resources
Project Manager: main interface with member organisations; Qualified and available coaches chosen among ethics and compliance officers within their organisations.
How do you benefit from coaching offered by BCAC?
Companies wishing to take advantage of coaching must:
- Participate in training provided by BCAC
- Be commited at senior level, to the implementation of Ethics and Compliance Programs internally, and dedicate human resources to its implementation;
- Commit to providing feedback to the Project Manager and participate in meetings to share experiences with other member companies.
